CE Certification
All our gloves comply with EN 13594:2015 for protective motorcycle rider gloves, certified at Level 1 and Level 2 for impact, abrasion, and cut resistance.
Material Testing
Every batch of raw material undergoes tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and flex durability testing before entering the production line.
In-Process Inspection
Dedicated QC inspectors monitor every production stage — cutting, stitching, and finishing — to catch and correct defects before they progress further.
Final QC Check
Every finished glove passes a comprehensive final inspection covering stitching integrity, armour fit, seam strength, and closure functionality before shipment.
Complaint Resolution
A zero-tolerance defect policy backed by a dedicated customer service team and a swift replacement policy for any quality issue reported by buyers.
