Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance department is the final guardian of every glove that leaves our facility. Operating independently from production, our QA team enforces standards at every stage of the manufacturing process — from incoming raw materials to the moment a finished glove is boxed for shipment.

QA Process at a Glance

1
Incoming Material Inspection

Every delivery of leather, fabric, padding, and hardware is inspected against our specification sheets. Materials failing inspection are rejected and returned to the supplier.

2
In-Line Production Checks

QA inspectors perform random sampling checks at each production stage — cutting precision, stitching density, panel alignment, and armour pocket positioning.

3
Pre-Shipment Final Inspection

100% of finished gloves in every order undergo a final inspection covering stitching integrity, closure mechanism, size accuracy, appearance, and packaging completeness.

4
Third-Party & CE Certification Audits

Our gloves are regularly submitted to independent accredited labs for CE EN 13594 certification testing. We also welcome buyer-appointed third-party inspection agents.
